Braunvieh.com offers a service to breeders and ranchers to assist them in locating and purchasing cows and bulls. The service helps our clients find quality cattle through our network of resourses, breeders and advertisers in return for a small 10% brokerage fee. The service will facilitate a transaction between buyers and sellers who wish to minimize their efforts and maximize their profits. Our fee is always charged to the seller, so buyers pay nothing. Sellers only pay us our fee if we present them with a transaction (or partial transaction) that is completed.
As a seller, you agree, by filling out this online form and submitting it to Braunvieh.com, to our full terms of service and a fee of 10% of the total selling price due 30 days from the date the transaction is completed. You also indemnify and hold harmless Braunvieh.com for any problems related to:
- quality of the cattle involved in the transaction
- the transaction details and misrepresentaion of buyer or seller
- problems with the transfer of funds between buyer and seller
- legal issues that arise between buyer and seller not otherwise mentioned
Note: We will soon offer an online cattle auction service on the Braunvieh.com web site designed for our buyers and sellers to transact directly by listing their cattle (with photos).
